Danny Velazquez

Danny Velazquez is a proud Mexican-American who possesses a deep commitment to the Hispanic and Latinx-American communities. His career began in real estate law, where he worked as a paralegal for
nearly five years, assisting clients with foreclosure prevention, loan modifications, bankruptcy, debt negotiation, and credit restoration. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the financial challenges many families face and fueled his passion for creating solutions.

Transitioning into real estate, Danny became a licensed realtor and later a community lending specialist at GFL Capital Mortgage, Inc. He now holds seven state licenses across Idaho, Florida, Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada, and California, allowing him to serve a broad range of clients with expertise and care.

He firmly believes that homeownership is the foundation of generational wealth, stability, and opportunity—especially for Hispanic and Latinx families.

Danny understands the unique barriers to homeownership, from credit access and income verification to financial literacy and immigration status. These challenges inspire his client-first approach, built on open, honest communication and a commitment to guiding families through every step of
the mortgage process.

For Danny, success is about more than closing loans—it’s about empowering communities, fostering economic growth, and building lasting financial legacies. His daily inspiration comes from transforming obstacles into opportunities—all while staying grounded in family, community, and faith.
