WHY NOW
The Hispanic and Latinx market is a monumental opportunity in our industry. This dynamic community is poised to drive 70% of U.S. homeownership growth over the next 20 years, marking it as one of the largest untapped segments available.
For forward-thinking loan officers and brokers, now is the time to strategically engage and capture this explosive growth. The best time was yesterday, the right time is now.
MEET THE TEAM
QUIEN SOMOS/ WHO WE ARE
The HOME leadership team didn’t come together by accident. Every single person here was handpicked because they’ve proven—through action, not titles that serving the community is in their DNA. This is a team built with intention, with purpose, and with people who show have shown up before home was HOME.

Under his leadership, HOME has rapidly grown into a national movement—bringing together lenders, brokers, real estate professionals, nonprofits, and community leaders to collaborate on education initiatives, scholarships, workforce development, and industry advocacy. Rogelio is known for his ability to connect vision with execution, bridging corporate leadership with grassroots impact.
At the core of Rogelio’s leadership is a belief that when you help one family, you help generations. Through HOME, he continues to build platforms that create access, opportunity, and legacy—for professionals, families, and communities nationwide.
