How Can I Help? Answers for Advocates of HOME.

At HOME, we hear the question all the time—and we love it. No matter your background, production level or role in the mortgage industry, there’s a place for you in our mission to increase homeownership opportunities for Hispanic- and Latino-American families. Here are concrete ways you can get involved and help mortgage professionals serve this fast-growing market more effectively.

HOME Members

  1. Activate your membership. Complete your profile, share your goals and dive into our training modules and tools.

  2. Bring other professionals along. Invite mortgage officers, real estate agents and industry vendors to join HOME, every new member multiplies our impact.

  3. Join HOME-led trainings. Attend live webinars, online courses and in-person workshops to sharpen your cultural competency and wholesale-lending know-how.

  4. Share our mission. Follow us on Instagram (@Tunuevohome), LinkedIn (Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts) and Facebook (Hispanic Organization of Mortgage Experts). Like, comment and repost the content that speaks to you, and use your platform to raise awareness.

  5. Buy (and wear) La Reina. Every purchase is a direct reinvestment in our work, and wearing our merch turns you into a walking advocate.

  6. Share your wins. Email your success stories to PR@tunuevohome.com. We’ll share them with other members of home and members of the media to elevate your impact.

HOME State Captains

  1. Host local events. Partner with HOME and our sponsors to organize mixers, trainings or lunch-and-learns that bring your community together.

  2. Recruit regionally. Be the face of HOME in your state, build your local roster and activate members with clear, purpose-driven outreach.

  3. Report market insights. Share your local challenges, triumphs and resource gaps so we can advocate for policy fixes and targeted support.

  4. Amplify local stories. Tag @tunuevohome in your social posts and media contacts to spotlight regional needs and opportunities.

  5. Engage sponsors. Help onboard local companies to underwrite events or sponsorships that uplift your state’s Hispanic-homebuyer community.

  6. Submit quarterly reports. Provide data, anecdotes and goals to national leadership so we can track progress and refine our strategy.

HOME Sponsors

  1. Help fund our mission. Underwrite training, technology development, member scholarships or core operational costs.

  2. Back events and education. Work with the HOME team to create custom events and educational opportunities for your team and/or the broader industry.

  3. Offer member perks. Provide exclusive discounts, beta-test opportunities or white-glove services for HOME members.

  4. Promote the partnership. Share that you support HOME and why to show you lead from the front.

  5. Invite us in. Host HOME leaders at your company events or team meetings to educate your staff on serving Hispanic and Latino borrowers.

  6. Co-create innovation. Partner with us on tech pilots, financial literacy campaigns or other initiatives that reach more families.

Every action, big or small, brings us closer to a future where more Hispanic- and Latino-American families can achieve the dream of homeownership. Thank you for stepping up to serve smarter, grow your business and make homeownership more inclusive. If you’re ready to get started—or want to learn more—visit tunuevohome.com.
