Erica Garcia is a seasoned mortgage executive whose career has been defined by precision, integrity, and a deep commitment to expanding access to homeownership. With over a decade of leadership across national lenders, she brings an exceptional command of secondary markets, capital markets strategy, and operational excellence to HOME.

Erica has served in executive roles such as Vice President of Operations at Priority Financial Network and Vision One Mortgage, and Director of Secondary Markets at First Direct Lending—building high-performance teams, optimizing lending efficiencies, and supporting billions in loan volume. Most recently, as National Account Executive at Logan Finance, she has continued to champion stronger products, pricing structures, and pathways that empower both loan officers and the communities they serve.

As part of HOME, Erica uses her expertise to address one of the industry’s biggest challenges: ensuring Hispanic and Latino borrowers have equitable access to mortgage products that actually meet their needs. Her work helps shape HOME’s national education initiatives, market insights, and the framework that supports our mission to ignite new career paths and close the homeownership gap.
