James Mercado is a seasoned mortgage leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations, teams, and communities through meaningful growth in home lending.

He currently serves as President & Chief Motivational Officer of Provisor Inc., where he leads with a people-first philosophy focused on transparency, culture, and sustainable mortgage solutions. Prior to Provisor, James spent over eight years as Chief Motivational Officer at Providence Home Lending, helping expand operations while reinforcing the importance of equal housing opportunity and ethical lending practices.

Earlier in his career, James served as President of Mortgage 2000 Inc. for more than a decade, building a strong foundation in mortgage banking and brokerage services with a clear mission: helping families finance the way home.
