With over a decade of experience in real estate, she has worked for some of the nation’s largest brokerages, where she quickly recognized the systemic challenges Hispanic and Latinx communities face in homeownership—ranging from credit access and income verification to immigration status and financial literacy.

Determined to turn these obstacles into opportunities, Isis transitioned into the wholesale mortgage space, joining Century 21 (Powered by FRS) as a mortgage loan officer.
