Rogelio founded HOME in response to a critical industry gap: despite Hispanics driving the majority of future homeownership growth in the U.S., less than 1% of loan officers identify as Hispanic. HOME was created to change that trajectory by providing education, mentorship, technology, and visibility to the next generation of mortgage professionals, while advocating for sustainable, culturally competent homeownership solutions.
Under his leadership, HOME has rapidly grown into a national movement bringing together lenders, brokers, real estate professionals, nonprofits, and community leaders to collaborate on education initiatives, scholarships, workforce development, and industry advocacy.
